It will fit a pet's neck or persons wrist that measures 6" to 7&1/2". It is Pure Black Velvet with contrasting Silver colored Hardware. In the Picture, the Hardware appears golden or brass, it is not. Collars from our line even being worn by women as chokers, bracelets, and wrist cuffs from London to Tokyo, very chic :-) There is a post in the middle where you can attach the accessory of your choice! These collars were made between the 40's and the 70's and then left in a warehouse for over thirty years before we pulled them out several years ago! They have never been worn! Many of the vintage designs are extremely unique and creative! Most are no longer made and are impossible to find anywhere else! It is YOUR responsibility to measure your pet's neck to ensure that the collar will fit. We do combine shipping! It is $1.00 for each collar after the first shipped to a U.S. address, and $1.50 for each collar after the first shipped internationally, when paid for at the same time.
