This particular collar is 12". It will fit a pet's neck that measures 8 1/2" to 10 1/2 ". It is 1" wide tapering to 1/2", brown with clear crystals. There is a bit of tarnish on the buckle due to the age but nothing that effects the wear. Very unusual and stylish!
