It will fit a pet's neck that measures 10 1/2" to 12". It is black with brass hardware and 24 multicolored Sparkleing faux gemstones in a single row. The placement of the gemstones vary from collar to collar in my store stock. So your collar may not be the exact collar pictured. They are though all the same in beauty. Collars from our line even being worn by women as chokers, bracelets, and wrist cuffs from London to Tokyo, very chic :-) There is a post in the middle where you can attach the accessory of your choice!
